This Privacy Policy explains how the Little Bankers app ("Little Bankers," "the app," "we," "us") handles information. Little Bankers is a parent-operated, educational money-management app for families. It uses no real money — every balance in the app is simulated to teach children how banking, saving, allowance, and chores work.
None. Little Bankers does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. We have no servers that receive your data, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking software of any kind.
The names, balances, chores, and allowance settings you create are stored only on your device, in the app's local database. This information never leaves your device except through a backup you control (see below). We cannot see it, and it is not associated with any account.
If you have device backups enabled, your Little Bankers data may be included in your own iCloud (or Android) device backup. Those backups are governed by Apple's or Google's privacy policies and controlled entirely by you — not by us.
Little Bankers is designed to be set up and operated by a parent or guardian. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone — including children — it does not knowingly gather data from children under 13, and complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design. No registration, email, location, contacts, photos, or identifiers are requested or stored.
Little Bankers is an educational tool, not a financial product or service. It does not move, hold, store, or transfer real money, and it is not connected to any bank, card, or payment system. The "bank," "banker," and "ATM" language refers to a pretend, teaching role-play only.
Your data stays on your device under your device's own protections. The optional parent PIN is a simple on-device gate to keep the banker controls with the parent; it is a convenience feature, not a security control, and it protects no real funds.
Because everything is stored locally, deleting the app from your device permanently removes all of its data. There is nothing for us to delete on our end, because we never had it.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
